Learn more at HonorHealth.com. Responsibilities Job Summary Develops, implements and promotes contract management process and principles for both internal and external staff. Manages and maintains a comprehensive contract management system, which encompasses the entire contract lifecycle, for all HonorHealth contracts and leases. Resolves issues, enhances communication, and provides information, as it relates to the contracting process and post contract issues, through establishing positive relationships with internal departments/teams. Develops and maintains, in conjunction with Legal Department attorneys, contract templates, process workflows, checklists and required/standardized language. Develops, implements and promotes contract management process and principles for both internal and external staff. Manages and maintains a comprehensive contract management system, which encompasses the entire contract lifecycle, for all HonorHealth contracts and leases. Acts as system administrator and liaison for formal user training, changes to user population, security, and day-to-day ad-hoc instruction. Liaisons with system software company relating to system problems and on-going development. Resolves issues, enhances communication, and provides information, as it relates to the contracting process and post-contract issues, through establishing positive relationships with internal departments/teams such as: Procurement & Supply Chain, Real Estate, Physician Contracting Team, Finance, and Operations staff. Develops and maintains, in conjunction with Legal Department attorneys, contract templates, process workflows, checklists and required/standardized language. Reviews standardized templates submitted and triages complex modifications to template contracts to attorney(s) for further action. Ensures that all contracts and leases are properly executed, entered into the contract database and maintained, including insuring that contract and lease terms are complied with, such as production of proof of insurance or other documentation as required by the contract. Coordinates the timely renewal and/or termination of existing contracts, including drafting and reviewing notices of termination. Reviews, analyzes and maintains the accuracy and integrity of contract information. Tracks and reports contract results to all levels of the organization and acts as a resource to all departments in matters concerning contracts. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested, including office management responsibilities as required.
