We are looking for a continuous improvement specialist, who will report to the Business Lead Continuous Improvement Manager. In this role, you will be working with a multidisciplinary department: direct, direct/indirect/strategic sourcing, quality and finance.

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Play an active role in the transformation of the global sourcing department

Organize and participate in working sessions to put in place the priorities 

Contribute to the implementation of digitalization projects and BOT

Collaborate with the various stakeholders in the department and the organization to carry out strategic and operational initiatives.

You will be required to identify, define, analyze and document the requirements of the various projects.

Help the project manager to identify and define opportunities

YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Knowledge in 5S and 6 Sigma methodologies

Ability to understand the interactions of processes with each other

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to participate simultaneously in several projects and teams.

Knowledge of tool Power platform and Snowflakes

Knowledge of SAP ECC, S4 and Ariba 

Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Proficiency in English and French
