Continuous Improvement Manager

Volt is immediately hiring for a Continuous Improvement Manager- Bilingual (English/Spanish) in Bartlett, IL for a growing food products supplier. If you have a passion for high quality food products and continuous improvement while developing teams, then this is the position for you!

Salary: $100,000-125,000/year *
Relocation package provided to NW Chicago suburbs (Bartlett, IL)

As a Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for evaluating processes and configuring manufacturing systems to improve operating capability.

Additional duties include:

\r\n\r\nObserve, note, and plan for changes in process improvement\r\nWork with maintenance manager and production managers to improve efficiency of plant\r\nIdentify opportunities for Continuous Improvement and/or Best Practice efforts\r\nLead efforts to implement by working with all team members by training supervisors and following up on changes\r\n\r\n



This is a full time, Direct Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

\r\n\r\nBachelor's Degree (BS) in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical or Mechanical preferred).\r\nBilingual (English/Spanish) required\r\n5 years exp in Continuous Improvement manager role (food production preferred)\r\nExperience designing and implementing CI programs from scratch, and following with them 3-4 years. \r\nPrevious experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred\r\nFamiliar with FDA regulations, GMP, BRC/SQF, and OSHA safety regulations.\r\nLean/Six Sigma certification is a plus; Green Belt (minimum)\r\nCMRP certification strongly preferred\r\n\r\n



Salary: $100,000-125,000/year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
