General Responsibilities and Duties:
- Plans the resources for the plant wide implementation and stabilization of BOSLE (Lean Manufacturing system)
- Sets up workshops in agreement with plant and departmental manager
- Moderate workshops on plant and regional level
- Monitors the quality and quantity of BOSLE workshops with regard to approved budgets
- Can moderate also Process "Develop & Launch" planning workshops considering the standard procedure
- Leads and moderates projects to ensure the sustainability of BOSLE
- Support the auditing process (evaluation matrix) in the plant together with regional responsible
- Participates in the strategic and conceptual enhancement of the total system
- Organizes, prepares and realizes BOSLE trainings and academies; trains managers and employees of the production area as a certified coordinator / trainer (also in improvement circles); familiarizes participants with and transfers core principles
- Develops training schedules for assigned employees to guarantee a precise personnel development
- Is responsible for the BOSLE reporting on plant level
- Analyses data and results to ensure sustainability
- Support that all measurable results of BOSLE initiatives are implemented in the AOP tracking tool and linked to the P&L
-Support the global Supplier Management initiative by participation of workshops, driven by Purchasing department
- Conduct value stream analysis and value stream design
- Execution of tact time studies to analyse processes
- Balancing of operator workload and implementation of bottle neck management
- Organizes and facilitates CIP cycle.
- Provides support to all activities assigned by the direct supervisor.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in technical or business-related field
3-5 Years in Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing
