Blackhawk Network - ELS

Overview:

The Content Support Team is responsible for the onboarding and enhancements of all content partners to ensure that their brand is available within Blackhawk channels to maximize its full potential and to deliver on all objectives attributed to content.   This role will be responsible for supporting the Content Support Manager AU role.

Responsibilities: Working directly with a Card Partner to compile all relevant detail and assets required to onboard relevant products or services.Once all the information is compiled, complete the relevant form for each new product including format, denominations, supply chain quantities, processor, contact details. Tracking process of product build with Product Implementation Team and escalating any issues halting progress – to include attending weekly calls.Supporting Business Development Managers with financial and settlement set up and process for net new brands.Ensure that all key stakeholders play their part in the delivery of the new content in an effective and timely manner and in-line with pre-set deadlines.Maintenance of the BHN Content catalogue to ensure that it is updated on a regular basis with any key updates communicated to relevant departments. Work closely with the supply chain management team to ensure correct volumes of stock are printed and delivered to ensure availability for current and future planed activity.Manage any relevant issues with new content pipeline by raising, tracking and resolving any problems in a timely manner Manage and implement product changes and updates, such as product images asset, terms and conditions and customer service directions.Facilitate marketing asset sign off with Card Partners, linked to Intellectual Property rights compliance requirements.Maintain merchant identification set up for Blackhawk Original Content, to ensure successful customer acceptance in store and reduce overall incoming customer service queries.Complete and supply monthly defined reporting for Card Partners, as well as ad-hoc support for Account Management team.
