What You'll Do
As the Content Operations Co-op you’ll support BCG’s Content Studio team in ushering content through the content creation process. You’ll help coordinate steps along the workflow such as opening up projects in our Project Management System (Wrike), tracking data related to content projects and resources, and assisting the team in obtaining final sign-off of manuscripts. You’ll help coordinate the creation and maintenance of bcg.com expert bio pages. You’ll support the operations team in maintaining our mailbox, monitoring our Slack channels, and keeping our Wrike spaces and data up to date, and help our freelancers troubleshoot issues related to these tools. You’ll aid in documenting and updating our guidelines around process and content creation best practices, and assist with making the information more broadly available and easily accessible.

You’ll partner with the content operations team, as well as the multimedia team, digital content managers, editors, writers, and the digital team. You may also interact with the firm’s partners and practice area marketers.
