Your input and guidance will help shape communication plans that align to business goals and enhance our brand presence through experiential marketing and digital engagements. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, all while adeptly incorporating feedback from key stakeholders to ensuring the proper message is delivered to target audiences across a variety channels.

 In this job, you’ll:

Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic plans, timelines and milestones, coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution.Lead content planning efforts, including utilizing an integrated calendar to sync and recommend strategic plans.Monitor project progress, track and make adjustments as needed.Work alongside communications strategists and storytellers to bring to life compelling narratives and omni-channel content plans.Support editorial planning for the communications organization, deconflicting events and providing shared awareness of upcoming milestones.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and initiatives.Conduct research to understand target audiences and industry trends, develop recommended tactics from data.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience successfully developing and deploying communications practices or a Master's degree from an accredited university with six (6) years of relevant experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving, organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent project and team management skillsEstablished track record of overseeing and/or architecting effective strategic communications plans, especially related to complex topics, with tangible results.Experience tailoring strategic messages to a variety of audiences, particularly in translating one message for a diverse range of stakeholders.Proven track record in experiential marketing and bespoke events to reach target audiences.Ability to support and enhance strong communications standards, workflows and branding guidelines while disseminating content across multiple mediums, including digital, print, and moreAffinity for developing relationships with high level officials and/or industry leadersDemonstrated experience in program communications and/or marketingDemonstrated proficiency at consolidating and presenting data using measurement tools and softwareProficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearanceUS citizenship required

Experience using project management tools.

Salary Range: $108,400.00 - $162,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
