Content Strategist, Help Center Team
**Summary:** The Help Center team is focused on empowering people to successfully use Meta products by providing effective and accessible help that resolves issues. We manage help center and scaled support content for the billions of people who use Meta’s family of apps, business tools and hardware products.Our mission is to build the most reliable and innovative help ecosystem in the world, where people can easily self-resolve any issues they have when using Meta products.We’re looking for a content strategist to lead help center updates for Meta's suite of innovative and industry-leading products. They'll be expected to create, manage and improve content for the products they support, make data-informed decisions that improve user experiences and manage complex, cross-functional projects. **Required Skills:** Content Strategist, Help Center Team Responsibilities: 1. Explain complicated product and policy concepts in simple, jargon-free language using Meta's voice. 2. Collaborate with product, marketing, operations and legal teams to create content for product launches. 3. Use data to make content decisions and influence partners to improve Meta’s support experiences and troubleshoot known issues. 4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight, frequently changing deadlines. 5. Test products to build a source of truth from technical subject-matter experts, translating knowledge into clear, concise, structured documentation. 6. Collaborate with the product and operations teams to author clear, effective and empathetic support messaging. **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 7. 3+ years of content strategy experience, including content creation, management and editing. 8. 2+ years of experience in one or more of these areas: help and support content, content management systems and workflows, online operations at a tech company. 9. Experience in tracking, analyzing and reporting on content performance metrics. **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 10. Project management experience, working through ambiguity and managing competing priorities. 11.
