Inviting applications for the role of Content Reviewer - Process Associate – German – On Site Krakow
In this job, you will be responsible for keeping the digital streets safe for our communities across the world
Responsibilities
• Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines shared by the customer
• Analyze online videos, social media, web page and advertising content for compliance
• Examine the content which could be in text, image, audio, video or another format daily
• Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
• Give feedback for policies/tools/processes improvements
• Gain sound knowledge of adjacent and cross policies and not just limit to the policy assigned to
• Train other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever urgent and requested by the manager
• Perform tasks requested by the manager to ensure KPI’s and all performance metrics are met
• Uphold positive working environment in all internal/external interactions
• Willingness to learn and work on a dynamic project
Important: Operations teams will function based on the schedule committed with the client (differences may appear at the start and end hour, break length, bank holidays, occasional work-related travelling) This job may require working a 24/7 schedule with alternating shifts and daily review of online content that may be highly egregious/sensitive in nature, such as (but not limited to) graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.
Qualifications we seek in you
• Proficient level of German min B2
• Very good level of English min B2
• Previous experience in content moderation would be an asset
• High School Degree
Preferred qualifications
• Trust Safety Experience – preferably content labelling and/or moderation
• Neutral mind-set to digital content that needs classification policy review
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
• Accurate and critical work attitude
