Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in setup, design, and QA of email, SMS, and app push campaigns—including content entry, scheduling, testing, and ensuring asset optimization and brand consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (programming, partnerships, creative, digital product) to deliver cohesive, personalized player experiences across owned messaging channels.
Supports and helps lead owned channel calendar planning meetings and task coordination within project management tools to ensure on-time campaign delivery.
Assists in segmentation and audience targeting through list imports, contact filtering, and basic query building
Provide regular reporting on email, SMS, and push performance to internal stakeholders, offering insights and optimization recommendations.
Stay current on owned channel best practices and ensure messaging compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)
Critical Skills & Experience RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Design, or related field
2+ Years experience utilizing enterprise email marketing platforms (e.g., Oracle Responsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo)
2+ Years experience with basic HTML coding for email or messaging templates
1+ Years experience managing SMS and/or push (e.g. Vibes, Airship, Attentive, Braze)
1+ Years experience general proficiency in Photoshop for simple image prep (e.g. resizing, optimizing for web)
1+ Years experience utilizing project management tools (e.g. Basecamp, Wrike, Asana, Jira)
1+ Years experience with Litmus or similar platforms (Preferred)
2+ Years experience managing multichannel messaging for a multi-location brand (Preferred)
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email formatting and layout.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to review, test, and troubleshoot creative across platforms and devices.
Comfortable editing and troubleshooting email/push templates to ensure proper formatting and rendering.
Ability to manage timelines, meet deadlines, and support campaign execution across multiple internal teams.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, ad hoc requests, and evolving campaign needs.
Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations.
