About the Role

We are recruiting a Content Marketing Specialist to join the team - and the ideal candidate could be you! We are looking for a self-starter who wants to hone their skills, working closely with the Demand Generation Leader and the entire Nexis Solutions marketing team.
The Content Marketing Specialist will work both individually and collaboratively to develop content, improve SEO, and manage social media activities that support Marketing team priorities. In addition, you will be a champion of customer-first messaging, with the ability to uplift product content into value-driven messaging that resonates with our target audience’s challenges and helps drive engagement. As part of the Digital Marketing team, you will have demand generation goals that support annual revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will bring previous digital B2B marketing skills to this role where they will strategize, refine, scale, and further develop a world-class demand generation program. Responsibilities
Web Content Marketing
Partner with global marketing team to promote and amplify content pieces (such as white papers, ebooks, blog posts, brochures, and more). Deliver additional digital marketing content (such as SEO-optimized landing pages, blog posts, videos, and more) for campaigns that enhance our website strategy.
Be at the forefront of developing audience-centric messaging, content and web landing experiences that help facilitate the buyer’s journey.
Maintain a content calendar for transparent communication across internal stakeholders.
Research topics and interview SMEs to support the development of content to drive engagement and conversion.
Partner with copywriters, designers, and video production teams to develop digital assets, and carefully proofread content for brand alignment and campaign objectives.
Regularly audit, revise, and repurpose content where needed based on performance and strategy.
Track results, analyze metrics, and prepare analysis reports on content marketing and social performance.
SEO
Partner with the Demand Generation Leader to create an SEO roadmap that addresses existing issues and makes enhancements as needed. Manage technical SEO efforts including on-page improvements, URL structure, architecture, schema, and other components.
Use SEO tools such as BrightEdge to research, audit, and act on opportunities to improve keyword rankings while maintaining a positive UX.
Work with other teams to establish editorial standards to streamline implementation of SEO best practices for content assets.
Social Media
Manage the Nexis Solutions social media accounts to generate demand for our product portfolios, partnering closely with Marketing Managers to understand product portfolio priorities and how to leverage social channels to support them.
Maintain a comprehensive social calendar to create and publish engaging content, including compelling copy, images, and videos.
Accelerate blog and social media amplification with the US Sales Team and maintain an ongoing Professional Insights Newsletter to amplify the blog content.
Report on channel performance and share insights, including identifying opportunities to improve campaigns.
Requirements
2+ years of high-tech B2B Marketing, experience in SaaS, or working on a fast-paced, high-performance team.
Superior project management, communication, and organization skills to execute complex campaigns, while also managing and motivating internal stakeholders to campaign timelines.
Solid writing, editing, and proof-reading skills.
A confident and proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task while driving results.
A passion for learning and thinking outside the box to propose and implement new campaigns and process efficiencies.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimization required.
BrightEdge, Telligent CMS, Shorthand, Airtable, Trello, SproutSocial, Salesforce and Pardot - experience with some or all tools is a plus!
