We’re seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Marketing Manager with deep expertise in cross-border eCommerce seller space. This role oversees the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content in multi-format across various channels to engage our target audiences, drive awareness, consideration and adoption of PayPal product solutions.Job Description:
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with PayPal’s business objectives and resonates with our target audience.Build and manage an array of engaging content formats such as video series, thought leadership articles, white paper, case studies and more tailed to the specific needs and challenges of CBT merchants.Utilize the strong industry knowledge and merchant/partner network to identify content opportunities, gather insights, and ensure accurate and compelling storytelling that resonates with the merchant community.Lead a virtual team of content creators (internal & external) and supporting agency to product high quality content.Manage the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and creation to distribution and promotion across various channels, including social, events, website and emails.Continuously analyze and optimize content performance metrics and leverage data driven insights to refine and evolve the content strategy to maximize the impact.Stay deeply immersed in industry/vertical trends, competitive landscape and best practice in CBT and merchant operations to ensure the content remains valuable to target audience.Collaborate with marketers and business stakeholders to extend the reach and visibility of the team’s content.Deliver detailed updates and reviews to showcase key metrics and KPIs reflecting content performance.Requirements
Subject matter expert in CBT ecommerce industry8 years+ experience in content-related marketing role. Strong acumen in cross-border business insight, especially from merchant standpoint and needs.Business level and above written and spoken English.Proficient in writing, editing and storytelling, be able to produce compelling and engaging content.Independent in managing timelines, delivery, dependencies, communication across teams; strong communication skills and proactive working attitude with result driven mind-set.Open-minded ways of working, consistently seeks out new ideas, opinions and feedback from others.[Optional] Have understanding or practice in social marketing and social account operation.Additional Job Description:
