Job Description

The purpose of the Content Manager is to create, craft and curate content that delivers a valuable experience whilst acting as a platform expert for all clients within Publicis Media.

In this role, you will have the support from a Content Executive and sit within the wider Social & Content team at Publicis Media. This role will allow you to work across the five award winning brands within the group.

The vast nature of this role will open opportunities for you, whether that be in business and client relationships, project management or sponsorships, or creative ad production to name a few.

 

 

Key Tasks

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Responsible for the deliverables on assigned projects including brief response, briefing of the project to the Arts team or third party suppliers and client team management through the project to completionEnsure financials and project revenue are up to date, including profit marginsResponsible for all legal clearance of all content production with project leader

 

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

Develop and design content led solutions reactively and proactively with the teamBe responsible for inciting new briefs across existing and new clientsResponsible for the deliverables on assigned projects including brief response

 

CONTENT EXPERTISE

Knowledge of all aspects of our solutions across Insights, Strategy & Consulting, Content Creative & Production, Content Partnerships and Publishing & Distribution and how they apply across all aspects of the consumer journeyContinuous development and learning in and around the content space to advise and educate internal and external stakeholdersUnderstanding of how content is integrated into a media strategyUnderstanding of how brand and creative executions are developed into content led solutions and how they deliver on a client’s business objectives.Develop case studies at the completion of each project.

 

AGENCY SUPPORT

Build strong relationships with the four Publicis Media Agency brands, including key clientsProvide agency support across client teams for content implementation and management.Implement and be governed by our SLA and RACI model with the agency brands.

 

We are looking for someone

 

Agile – You adapt quickly to changing requirements, environments, client requests and new learning. Capitalising on the value of the people in the team, you accept and react quickly to change.

 

Project Management – You have a proven ability to manage you and your Content Executives capacity for the work, and understand when to utilize external partners. It’s also about your ability to properly scope the work, the costs internally and externally and ensure the project doesn’t go over budget.

 

Client Services – A background in client management is essential for this role. Your ability to meet with clients and uncover content opportunities across your client patch will be a fundamental part of your day to day.
