Content Manager, Good Sam

We’re searching for a Content Producer to help shape the future of Good Sam’s brand. This role will play a key part in driving growth and engagement across channels, setting a refreshed voice and tone, and pushing the boundaries of what Good Sam’s storytelling can achieve. The Content Producer will bring strategic, creative, and data-driven thinking to email campaigns, collaborate closely with product marketing, and work cross-functionally to innovate our approach. You’ll be responsible for crafting and managing content to support year-round campaigns and company priorities.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop Brand-Centric Content: Familiarize yourself with Good Sam’s brand ideals and businesses to create content that supports our identity and builds strong brand affinity.

Collaborate on Creative Strategy: Partner with the brand creative and product marketing teams to bring a fresh creative strategy to our email campaigns, making them more engaging and effective. Help shape and evolve Good Sam’s voice and tone to resonate with our audience.

Content Creation and Management: Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content across various channels, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, websites, direct mail and more.

Strategic Content Planning: Work proactively with cross-functional teams to build a content strategy that aligns with the company’s objectives and drives brand growth. This includes managing a content marketing calendar that schedules content creation and delivery throughout the year.

Social Media and RV.com Promotion: Plan and execute promotion strategies to increase visibility and reach, leveraging social media, blog stories, and collaborations.

Collaboration and Insight Gathering: Work with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to source information and insights for content that connects with our audience.

Consistency in Brand Voice: Ensure all content aligns with Good Sam’s brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent, compelling voice and tone across all channels.

Stay Current with Trends and Best Practices: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, content marketing innovations, and SEO best practices to continuously refine our strategy.

Proactive and Communicative: Be proactive in planning, scheduling, and communicating across teams. Anticipate needs, follow up regularly, and ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on content initiatives and project timelines. 

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5 years of content experience in an agency or in-house with a brand.

Creative Vision: Ability to generate original, compelling content ideas that establish and enhance Good Sam’s brand identity.

SEO Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques.

Communication Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to communication and collaboration.

Social Media Savvy: Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices is a plus.

Organizational Strength: Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and creativity.

Collaborative and Independent: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Storytelling Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for storytelling, with creativity and precision that bring our brand’s vision to life.

Pay Range:

$77,500.00-$116,275.00 Annual
