About the Role

Are you passionate about translating marketing strategies into engaging content? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Join RX Global as a Content & Engagement Lead and become a vital part of our RXUK business unit, working on a portfolio of B2B event expos.
This role is uniquely positioned to support Middle East & Saudi RX events, requiring fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) as a key prerequisite.
 

ResponsibilitiesCreating and distributing marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels (website, email, PPC, social and blog).Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including those in the Middle East, to deliver projects.Playing a key part in visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery.Creating and managing event and onsite social media plans, including liaising with photographers and videographers.Optimizing website content for user journeys and SEO optimization.Ensuring marketing campaigns are regularly tested for their performance against targets, to refine and drive the future content strategy.Translating the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers. This includes collaborating with the wider event teams to support onsite delivery.
 RequirementsFluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and English. Excellent writing and editing skills in both languages to align with brand voice and tone.Demonstrated experience working with social media platforms and creating compelling content for them.Ability to build close working relationships with internal teams (across RX Global) and external stakeholders, including those in the Middle East & Saudi markets.Strong analytical skills to track data and leverage insights for superior content performance.Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines, while remaining adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends for innovative content strategy development.Prior experience in a matrix-structured organisation is a plus.
