Content Design Senior Associate

Join our team and make a significant impact through innovative content design and drive employee confidence and satisfaction.

As a Content Design Senior Associate in Human Resources, you will play an important role in shaping employee experiences through content, and building employee confidence across our products and services. Using your expertise in content design principles, you will plan, create, and structure product content within a user experience design framework. While collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure narrative consistency, your influence will extend to product design, architecture, and functionality.

You’ll support our 300,000 global employees as they interact with the firm, helping them find and access education, essential services, tools, and more. You’ll do this by creating evergreen content for our intranet and other channels to describe our HR departments, programs, and offerings. If an employee wants to know something about HR, you’ll help them find it easily and understand it fully.

Job responsibilities

Develop and implement content strategies for products and features, ensuring align with user experience principles and business objectivesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, user-friendly content that is cohesive and intuitive for a diverse audienceCreate content taxonomies to refine content organization and structure, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvementAdopt brand voice to produce clear, concise, and engaging content that communicates complex concepts effectively to diverse audiencesAnalyze content performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and enhancement of user experiencesUse web writing and content design best practices to create and organize web content that creates a meaningful, connected digital experience. You’ll also write content for web banners, landing pages, the Virtual Assistant, the HR System, and other digital channels.Complete the editorial process from start to finish, which includes writing, editing, sending content for review, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, getting final approval, and publishing content. Use ServiceNow, the system that supports our educational content, to publish your approved content. Manage the HR Content Team’s intake by reviewing new requests and assigning them to content designers who support the various HR business lines.  

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience in content design, or equivalent expertise in editing, and writing - with a focus on digital products and platformsExperience in creating content architectures, storytelling, and clear and concise writingDemonstrated experience in applying accessibility guidelines and inclusive design to create user-friendly contentExperience with iterative design techniques, incorporating user feedback and insights for continuous improvementProficient technical literacy in content platforms and understanding their impact on user experienceAdaptive learner in new financial services products and offeringsAbility to multitask, prioritize, work quickly, and meet deadlines.  Ability to create timelines and other project management documentation to support various projects.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Knowledge of HTML. Experience using technical/content-management platforms, such as Adobe or ServiceNow, to elevate content.Understanding of how different systems interact with each other to create an end-to-end user journey. Passion for internal communications.Knowledge of our HR processes and procedures. Knowledge of how to use LLM to enhance your writing.
