Position Summary: The CRB Physical Channels Strategy Product Manager Sr. is responsible for the creation and execution of a new innovative retail banking concept. This Product Manager is accountable for development and implementation of new people/process playbooks to assist and execute new and innovative tools and process within the physical channel strategy organization. This individual will be pivotal in helping drive the development and operationalization of innovative products and process that align with company’s and teams’ strategic goals, leveraging a skill set that is focused on collaboration, persistence, and an urgency to get the job done. The incumbent must have accountability, creativity and storytelling behaviors to align larger teams to a new and exciting vision for a new physical space at Huntington.
Primary function includes managing and coordinating efforts to lead the design and execution of new concepts ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
This Product Manager is responsible for:
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver new physical channel concepts.Helping craft and implement strategy and design of people/process implementation in new physical retail space. Creating and maintaining training and programs to support new creative process in physical space.Defining and measuring success factors of new physical channel playbook.Coordinating and collaborating with Physical Channel strategy team member to drive cross functional alignment to ensure completion of overall team strategic goals for delivering the new physical space.Developing and communicating executive level status on strategy and vision for new people/process initiatives.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree5+ years of product and concept development, process management, collaboration and execution experience in a Financial or Retail industry.Additional Desired Qualifications:
Service design experiencePerformed a similar execution role within a financial institution or with in retail industry.Strong history of successful process improvements, program creation, and strategy build out.Strong people skills and a desire to work in a dynamic environment with a cheerful outlook.Ability to effectively communicate ideas & concepts to business and technical stakeholders both internal and external.Data driven with ability to derive insights from analytics and provide robust analysis to support recommendation.Demonstrable experience effectively leading cross functional teams without direct reporting relationshipLeading with a sense of urgencyTravel: 10%
Quality Assurance:

Accountable for risk management, compliance, and audit performance for area(s) of responsibility whether a supervisor, manager, or individual contributor. Establishes or works with management to develop effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored, and controlled and compliance requirements are adhered to on an on-going basis. If applicable, ensures staff is professionally trained, provided with appropriate resources, and motivated to adhere to risk management principles. Maintains current knowledge of risk-related changes that may impact assigned area(s) of responsibility.
