- **Agency & Creative Management:** Partner with internal creative, production, and agency teams to help bring campaigns to life—supporting the development of consumer-centric work that drives engagement, product trial, and short- to mid-term growth.
- **Asset & Brief Support:** Help draft creative briefs, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and ensure assets are accurate and on-brand before launch.
- **Data Gathering & Reporting:** Partner with Analytics and Marketing teams to help gather data for reporting, QA campaign tracking, and pull directional results post-launch.
**Basic Qualifications**
- 3+ years of consumer marketing experience, specializing in a combination of field marketing, retail marketing and middle & through the funnel marketing that has driven brand and business impact

- Ability to synthesize campaign inputs and performance data into clear summaries that inform next steps and optimization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and shift priorities based on changing business needs
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset—comfortable taking initiative and anticipating what’s needed to move projects forward
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-moving environments; able to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Familiarity with key marketing performance metrics and how they tie back to business objectives (e.g. conversion rates, engagement, match rates, media mix)
