The Consumer Loan Specialist is responsible for inter-department review of critical reports to ensure data integrity and interdependency within the Business Unit, and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administer Quality Control Program which includes review of production reports, identification of root cause issues, reporting to management and conducting employee training.Research, review, and interpret existing and pending laws and regulations, which potentially affect the assigned Business Unit.Assists the Business Unit in establishing and modifying standards and procedures which affect compliance.Works directly with the Loan Operations Manager to meet quality control and compliance requirements.Provides ongoing assistance and support to the Loan Operations Manager in administrative responsibilities.Assists management in maintaining compliance within the Bank’s core processing system.Provides input relative to quality control and compliance matters.Ensures that all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications

Education and Experience
