DescriptionUnder general supervision, provides advanced production support to a functional area.  Coordinates a variety of complex tasks under minimal supervision.Utilizes specialized skills to coordinate, review, oversee, or administer programs, projects or processes related to the Consumer Research team.Responsible for daily workflow assignment and coaching support to colleagues.Consults and serves as an administrative liaison with bank personnel, outside vendors and customers.Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures and area's internal and external clients.Supports manager in day to day operations.

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 years’ experience in loan servicing
