Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Scaling Team is seeking a Business Analyst who contributes to our mission of bringing Amazon selling partners closer to customers and driving Amazon Flywheel.
This role combines hands on research design, internal and external stakeholder management, and quality assurance to deliver insights to our selling partners. This is a unique opportunity to impact a growing B2B product, interact with a variety of our selling partners, and own a vision of quality in research.

We are a part of Japan Customer Innovation - JCI. We lead many of Japan's big innovation and technological transformations. Our team is made of business leaders, marketers, supply chain experts, project and product managers, scientists and engineers. It is an exciting multi-lingual, inclusive team with high diversity.
Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities
• Design survey research directly with both external and internal clients to meet business needs
•Translate complex or ambiguous client problems statements into analysis requirements
• Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, work with business, marketing, tech, data and legal teams
• Anticipate bottlenecks, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus seller needs
•Proactively identify problems with significant business impact; facilitate analysis to identify problems and opportunities
• Maintain research quality, perform QA Audits, and diligently troubleshoot issues
