A nationally respected Consumer Financial Services litigation team is seeking an associate with 2–5 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. This position is ideal for a litigator who enjoys deep legal research and writing and is eager to play an active role in strategy, motion practice, and discovery.

  Key Responsibilities: Draft and argue dispositive and procedural motions Conduct and manage written and oral discovery Collaborate with partners to develop litigation strategy for financial services clients Participate in client counseling and case development Handle matters related to business, commercial, and financial services litigation   Qualifications: 2–5 years of litigation experience in business, commercial, or financial services matters Admitted and in good standing in California Strong skills in legal research, writing, and analysis Excellent academic credentials and professional references Effective communicator with keen attention to detail and strategic thinking ability   Compensation: Salary range: $235,000 – $275,000, based on experience and qualifications
