YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
End to end/Go to market responsibility for consumer programs and promos that boost the multicategory consumer acquisition & conversion - from data gathering and tracking to ideation, execution and post deployment monitoring of the programs on all channels (offline and online)Track and own the budget for the multicategory Consumer Programs & Projects in your responsibilityTracking & acting on data-driven insights to constantly improve the effectiveness of our multicategory programs, projects, consumer value & experienceProactively identifying, executing and coordinating new multicategory programs and ad-hoc optimization projects based on consumer and business intelligence/insights and initiating briefs towards deployment teamsLead cross functional project teams and deploy omni-channel multicategory programs and program-relevant projects, leveraging on global guidelines and toolsDrive cross functional collaboration between all stakeholders in your respective stream with high focus on boosting the consumer conversion of our SFP productsRegularly liaising with peers locally, as well as Global and Regional stakeholders on project-collaborations, best practice sharing and alignment with global and regional programs and projectsEnsuring compliance of all consumer programs to global PMI guidelines and SOPs
YOUR PROFILE:
You have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role with similar scope (Product or Project Management, Marketing or similar), whereby specifically experience in consumer acquisition and consumer experience is a big plusYou preferably have a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Development, UX or similarYou have some experience in working with e-commerce and UX projects and topicsYou have solid experience in project-based working and in leading diverse teamsYou are analytical and able to connect the dots between multiple sources of informationYou are collaborative, communicative and able to engage people using inclusive and effective communication to invest a team in the objectiveYou have a pronounced interest in consumer-centricity and put great value on data-driven insights to inform your decisionsYou are a curious person with a gift for critical, out of the box and big-picture thinkingYou have excellent English language skills, German is a big plus
