✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time, Personnel Admin) and SuccessFactors. Strong knowledge of HR environments, including payroll processing, talent management, and employee lifecycle management. Proven experience integrating SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with HR teams and technical staff. SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
