Every day is different for our Customer Transformation team. We work with a large variety of clients across the private and public sector - this means solving important problems and improving outcomes for New Zealanders. We are collaborative by nature, and partner with clients and experts alike to combine best practice human centred design, te ao Māori principles and global insights and expertise. Right now our team is involved in transforming government services, designing the future customer experiences of financial services, and supporting tertiary education to be digitally empowered.

Join our Customer Transformation practice  to take a lead role in supporting a team of passionate human-centred designers. This is a team that thrives on complex problems and acts as a bridge builder - finding solutions through collaborating with all parts of the organisation. As a PwC Customer Transformation Designer, you will create and advocate for the best experiences. Specifically, you will be comfortable drawing the following from your toolkit:

Designing services and experiences with lasting impact on society, community and individuals 

Developing service concepts, blueprints and other artefacts to help communicate experience and delivery requirements

Finding the balance between user, business and technology requirements and coaching stakeholders and clients through this

Understanding, analysing and mapping complex journeys and processes

Designing & facilitating workshops to produce meaningful experiences and implementable solutions based around the needs of users

Confidently engaging with people from a range of backgrounds and quickly develop strong and collaborative working relationships with others

Unearthing and synthesising insights, documenting research findings and presenting concepts to all levels of client stakeholders

Designing and running rapid ideation, prototyping and experience or service validation sessions or sprints

Shaping our Customer Transformation practice, tools and culture 

Using your Agile or project management skills to ensure our projects meet the needs of our clients and their customers

Developing and managing key client stakeholder relationships and expectations

Coaching and mentoring team members, colleagues and clients on customer transformation
