We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** This position works with our business partners, vendors, and internal resources to understand operational objectives and best practices to develop, test, and implement multiple products within the Accelerated Technologies- Innovation (AT-I) team for the Patient 360 data product, its associated features, and other custom applications that support HCA’s clinical and revenue cycle objectives. As part of the larger Accelerated Technologies- Innovation team, this individual documents and communicates requirements and best practices, and coordinates development efforts across multiple teams to ensure consistency, scalability, and interoperability, as required for each application. This resource should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities. **Gather and Document Requirements** · Lead the analysis and validation of the business needs of stakeholders and develops recommendations for technical solutions and systems to support and optimize business objectives · Translate conceptual customer requirements into business, functional, and non-functional requirements · Work with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements · Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements **Contracts** · Review and drive completion of legal contracts, including Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (MASL), Letters of Understanding (LOU), etc. **Develop and Implement Project Plans** · Collaborate with team members, project managers, and business partners to determine project scope and create project plans for major efforts · Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models · Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle · Serve as liaison to internal business owners and SOW-based business analysts associated with multiple projects · Collaborate with QA resources to review test plans and ensure requirements are covered · Ensure support, testing, change management, and communication are planned for new systems, functionality, and enhancements prior to implementation **What qualifications you will need:** Bachelor's degree 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies® by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
