Deliver feature on-time with quality (zero blocker, critical, high issues) independently following vision “Go Faster, Break Less, and Protect Production.”Participate in design workshop, code review, troubleshooting.Lead design reviews with engineers and stakeholders to evaluate and confirm technology design decisions.Expertise in design and development of a significant application/business domainIdentify any issues that may arise to delivery risk, formulate preventive actions or corrective measures, and timely escalate major project risks issues to service owner.Collaborate with team members effectively, guide and support.Excellent team player with ability to work under minimal supervision, great communication skill is a plus.Creativity and Innovation/Experimentation to keep abreast with evolving developer’s experience.

Experience working with CI/CD pipeline, code analysis tools, security tools, Jenkins, GIT, Confluence etc.Ability to work with a degree of autonomy while also being able to work in a collaborative team environment.Hand on with practical project development and implementation on public cloud platform (such as Google GCP) is a plus.Must have self-motivated, problem-solving skills, can-do attitude.5 years of relevant experience on application development.Good command of written and spoken English. Mandarin is a plus.Able to work under pressure
