•Work with internal and external IT parties and partners to recommend, design and deliver end to end IT solutions according to business needs and strategies, Group, industry and open standards
•Analyze various technologies landscapes, identify patterns and converge applications, systems, process and technologies
•Produce solution proposals, functional specification, technical specifications and other technical and architectural documentation
•Support various testing activities to enhance quality of all deliverables
•Communicate with developers to ensure the technical solution delivered in an efficient way following Agile approach and with good quality
•Deliver technical solution with good performance to support large volume of data processing

Knowledge Experience / Qualifications

•A university graduate with degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
•Has extensive background in IT of financial services organization.
•Experience in processing large volume of data will be an advantage.
•Outstanding systems and business analysis skills
•Experience in pension administration, wealth management, securities services and custody services is a definite advantage
•Be passionate about new technology and adopt new ideas to innovate the teams.
•Expertise in Java, Oracle/PostgreSQL and data modeling. Knowledge of Java Spring Boot, REACT, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Linux and or Unix, Cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, AliCloud and / or Azure), industry and open standards would be in advantage
•Good knowledge of project lifecycle and application development process
•Good team player, could work independently, able to cope with pressure and adapt to dynamic working environment
•Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle people of different styles, levels, functions and geographic locations
•With >8 years working experience in Java based development, advantage will be granted if experience is related to Finance Industry.
