Perform middleware and cloud platform administration and technical supportProvide consultancy and support on application deployment, troubleshooting and handling incidentsProvide support on failover activities and performance tuningProvide consultancy and support to businessDevelop scripts and configure tools for automationSupport and maintain High-Availability and Disaster Recovery solutionsParticipate in support roster providing out of office support for production issuesCollaborate with architects, developers, and project managers to deliver suitable infrastructure solution which can cope with the business needLead cloud-based initiatives, including migrating applications and services to the cloud and managing cloud-based infrastructure.Ensure compliance with standards and best practices for middleware and cloud-based solutions.Work closely with infrastructure domain teams to influence the practice and standard of infrastructure productsWeekend/production support work will be required according to project release, vulnerability patching and production support roster in 24 x 7.
