We are currently hiring a role within Client Services team. Role will require to work closely with Transaction Managers (Front Office), External Clients, KYC , Data services and the Operations team to ensure the controlled on-boarding of all new transactions from the pre-closing/funding stages through certain ongoing portfolio administration tasks. The individual will have responsibility for the completion of many key portfolio and transaction tasks and for reporting of aged items and ownership of resolution. As such they are required to be detail orientated, organized and able to maintain accurate and complete records at all times.
Responsibilities:
Process Attributes:
· Supporting a portfolio of loans and bonds
˕ Act as a conduit between finance parties representing lenders
˕ Track Obligor information undertakings, circulate to creditors (deliverables)
˕ Collaborate with management to bring ideas and suggestions for best practice
· Consents, Waivers & Amendments
˕ Creditor outreach & facilitate questions on the request
˕ Maintaining a creditor consent register and provide updates on consent threshold
˕ Circulate executed amendment documentation to creditors
· Obligor/Creditor accessions
˕ Creditor outreach & facilitate questions on the request including KYC
˕ Monitor KYC sign off from creditors
˕ Liaise with KYC team to onboard new obligors
˕ Circulate executed accession documentation to creditors
˕ Recording creditor accessions on internal operating platforms including diarizing KPI’s
· Prepayments / Repayments
˕ Creditor outreach & facilitate questions / obtain sign off on prepayment documentation
˕ Distribute executed prepayment documentation to creditors
˕ Collate outstanding fees, bank charges, legal fees / any WIP outstanding
˕ Coordinate with finance to raise any outstanding invoices
· Process accordions, upsizes & incremental facilities
˕ Creditor outreach & facilitate questions / obtain sign off upsize documentation
˕ monitor KYC sign off from creditors
˕ Liaise with KATS KYC team to onboard new obligors and lenders
˕ Distribute executed upsize documentation to creditors

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce / finance or relevant experienceKnowledge of Lending operations.Strong attention to detail with a risk aware mindsetStrong oral and written communication skillsThe ability to work overtime is needed to support the team and ensure critical work is performed.Flexible working in shiftsAbility to manage sensitive and confidential information.
