**Description**
The consultant will assist the project leaders and lead aspects of engagement execution, including engagement plan development, analysis, schedule and deliverables, and quality management. The consultant will assist the project leaders in business development activities. The consultant will lead and coach analyst-level and less experienced team members.
+ Analyze data to identify insights and trends that inform strategic decisions.
+ Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.
+ Assist, and occasionally lead, facilitation of client meetings and workshops to gather information, present findings, and discuss recommendations.
+ Support the design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including process improvements, technology adoption, and organizational change.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects.
+ Provide training and support to clients on new processes, tools, and methodologies.
+ Assist project leaders with planning and managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
+ Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
+ Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
+ Assist project leaders with business development activities, including proposal development, project planning and budgeting
+ Mentor and train analysts and less experienced staff
+ Support company initiatives
+ Stay informed on industry technologies, leading practices, and emerging trends and support the development of thought leadership
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting or related degree from an accredited program and 3 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
+ Prior experience associated with critical infrastructure operations and planning or consulting.
+ Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
+ Demonstrated leadership skills.
+ Proven ability to lead, educate, and train a team of consultants and analysts in management consulting frameworks
+ Ability to independently solve difficult problems that require adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
+ Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines and to be effective in on-site work environments.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, including identification of critical path items to ensure deliverable deadlines are met.
+ Ability to focus on the big picture to effectively and efficiently provide services that meet client needs, while also having the ability to identify and analyze details that are critical to project outcomes.
+ Willingness to learn new service offerings as client needs and the market require changes to the service offerings provided by our group
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
+ Ability to manage client interactions and work effectively with personnel at all levels of the organization.
+ Proven ability to lead and coach analysts is preferred.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, including identification of critical path items to ensure delivery deadlines are met is preferred.
+ Ability to travel.
