CNS - Risk - Digital Risk :

We help our clients in identifying and managing the interplay between upside and downside risk in order to make the long-term decisions to prevent risk and impact on their organization's ability to meet its future business strategy and objectives. The 3 key fields of play are :
Enterprise Risk - helps clients identify and address key risk areas, while building the agility to respond quickly. The areas of focus include Enterprise risk and resilience, Internal audit, Compliance and Internal controls
Technology Risk - helps clients to achieve sustainable growth by supporting their efforts to protect their business performance and by providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance to investors, management, regulators, customers and other stakeholders. EY teams accomplish this by assessing the technology risks that are introduced to businesses.
Financial Services Risk - helps clients in the financial sector to identify, manage and monitor the risks in their business. It is done through a transformative and agile approach including process and procedures, risk, data modeling and analytics, reporting to stakeholders and third parties, business requirements (for software selection and IT implementation), analysis of assets and liabilities, and capital and liquidity management.
Your key responsibilities
Performing third party risks assessment on behalf of our clients over the outsourced processes Handling key activities of assessment life cycle: scoping, planning, fieldwork execution, reporting, QA and issue tracking Assess findings and articulating the risks in the context of a client's risk management framework and recommend areas of improvement Determine that the work delivered is of high quality. Anticipate and identify engagement related risks and escalate issues as appropriate. Actively establish & strengthen client (functional heads & key influencers) and internal relationships. Assist seniors & managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives. Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and develops junior team members. Identify & escalate potential business opportunities for the firm on existing client engagements Execution on client engagements - Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements. Review of working papers & client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations. Preparation of reports/deliverables/status updates/audit committee presentations. Demonstrate ability of multi-task and manage multiple projects as directed by the managers. Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures. Manage the engagement budgets and support superiors in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development. Identify and escalate potential business opportunities for the firm on existing client
Technical qualifications
Experience in handling key activities of audit life cycle: scoping, planning, fieldwork execution, reporting, QA and issues tracking Exposure to Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) framework (27001) / Standard Information Gathering (SIG) framework Expertise in Technology Risk and cyber domains Strong technical knowledge in the areas of application, network, cyber, data and cloud security. Strong knowledge of IT controls, ITGCs, SOX controls testing Experience with enterprise risk management methods Experience in risk and control assessments in emerging technologies Ability to understand and correlate the risk data from various sources and effectively use it to monitor/showcase risk to the firm Experience in executive level risk reporting and visualization and ability to analyse data for data quality gaps Hands-on experience developing good presentations for client and internal requirements
Skills and attributes for success
A recognized university degree in business, information technology, computer engineering, or other relevant discipline Experience of 2-5 years of in TPRM or IT audit or IT risk advisory for a professional services firm, or within industry Project management skills, and able to manage concurrent engagements Demonstrated integrity within a professional environment
Qualification: CA, BE,Btech, MCA, BCA,B.com,M.com
Preferred Certifications: CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP
