Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Business Analyst

In this role,

You will own the requirements definition and implementation lifecycle from elicitation to closure within budget and timelines agreed.

Responsibilities

Requirements elicitation using multiple information gathering techniques, conduct facilitated sessions with customers to define detailed business requirements for solution development

Analyzing requirements to develop clear and concise functional requirements for the technical developers that are free from ambiguity to minimize rework and errors

Specifying requirements develop precise documentation of prioritized functional requirements that can be shared with various stakeholders and in a format that can be directly converted to test plans, use cases, and/or system conceptual designs to meet performance targets and deployment project plans

Translate/discuss requirements and use cases to the designers and development team, ensuring there is a clear and concise understanding of the requirements

Validating and verifying requirements

Write test cases and/or execute test cases for Systems Integration Testing or User Acceptance Testing that are aligned to the signed off requirements. Review test conditions and expected results for products, performance, and user acceptance testing

Documentation, training, gate keeper or requirements and UAT support

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Experience in technical business analyst capacity or equivalent position with an emphasis on requirements gathering, documentation and traceability, system/application implementation, or knowledge of software development (ex. Waterfall, Agile)

Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to bridge business and technical environments, and ability to build professional relationships.

Requires excellent written and verbal communications with a background in technical communications

Demonstrated ability to meet critical time sensitive objectives

Knowledge on MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) and Visio

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Exposure to banking, financial services, or credit industry
