Position Summary Job Responsibilities Administration and Management of the Learning Management System Ownership of the entire life cycle of a training program- Announcing course, nomination management, invites, Training record keeping, attendance marking, feedback follow-ups and reporting etc. Physically initiate training programs at respective locations or on virtual sessions by introducing the trainers. Managing learning logistics at all times – IT setup, projectors, flipcharts, etc. Coordination of the campus Induction Training programs: Creating schedule IDs on LMS, coordinating with trainers and speakers, managing exams with in-person proctoring to ensure no malpractice during exams, getting exam evaluations done by trainers, recording attendance, creating score cards, etc. Administration of the Learning Management system and any other systems or portals utilized by the L&D team Education Work Experience NABehavioural Competencies Learning on the flyCustomer focusProblem solvingGet Going -Works at an efficient pace and is self inspired to drive resultsTechnical Competencies
