Position Summary Job Responsibilities Administration and Management of the Learning Management System Ownership of entire life cycle of a training program- Announcing course, nomination management, invites , Training record keeping , attendance marking , feedback follow ups and reporting etc . Physically initiating training program at respective locations or on virtual session by introducing the trainers. Managing learning logistics at all times – IT setup, projectors, flipcharts etc . Coordination of the campus Induction Training programs -Creating schedule id on LMS, coordinating with trainers, speakers, Exam management with in-person proctoring to ensure no malpractice during exams , getting exams evaluations done by trainers , recording of attendance , creating score cards etc .
