What Communications Business Partner contributes to Cardinal Health

Communications defines and executes communication and public relations strategies in support of the company's business objectives, image and reputation for both internal and external stakeholders. This function builds relationships with external stakeholders, including media and community organizations, and designs meetings and communications to leverage these relationships and promote the company.

Communications Business Partner engages various internal audiences in the purpose and priorities of Cardinal Health, key initiatives and strategies with the goal of accelerating company performance. This job family develops and distributes print-based and digital communications including corporate policy manuals, internal newsletters, process handbooks, and function-specific documents created in collaboration with subject matter experts. This job family evaluates employee engagement with internal communications and liaises with leaders to ensure dissemination of communications.

Responsibilities

Create and coordinate internal announcements for the Order Express to Vantus migration that may be customized to the groups impacted- being closely partnered with the VHQ marketing teamAssist in creating and managing content for internal channels (Intranet, internal newsletter, Service Center, ISF portal etc.)Curate feature stories and support documentation as appropriate.Develop content and provide support with key internal meetings, town hall meetings, leadership meetings and National Sales Meetings.Develop internal content to support the roll-out of strategic business initiatives.Assists other Implementation Teams in creating pre- and post-go-live scorecards and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring the transition of measures to appropriate business owners.Assist in the support of VHQ hypercareReview customer feedback from the feedback form to bring attention to areas of opportunity/make any necessary changes to feedback form to gather specific feedbackAssist in creating customer onboarding content (new tips and tricks)Travel up to 25% based on customer needs


Qualifications

4-8 years of experience, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
