Job Description

To provide a central point of contact for all sales leads relating to oil companies and tag service providers. This being to both internal staff and externally from the oil companies and toll and fuel tag service providers. To verify that the daily card and transaction files sent to and received from Chevron are correct, and if not to investigate and resolve the issue. To provide a supporting role in managing e-Tolling: Remittance of payments, Perform web service interface error log audits, Customer query resolution. To follow up on all sales leads from the inception to the conclusion, to ensure that high service levels are maintained. To assist internal staff with oil company-related product support, knowledge and customer and staff query resolution. To play a supportive role in the successful generation of income relating to toll and oil company alliance products. Ensure the timeous settlement of toll plaza transaction file

Qualifications

Qualification:

Diploma/ Degree or relatedUnderstanding of competitor products and services.Knowledge of the Fleet Management System.Understands risks and sensitivities pertaining to proprietary informationUnderstanding of information flows within the fleet industry and Standard Bank.Knowledge of the oil industry is an advantage.

Additional Information

Experience:

3 to 4 years’ relevant Experience in Fleet Operations, Sales, Service and/or Administration.Previous experience in a product development environment is an advantage.
