What you'll be doing
As a member of the Intelligent Automation team here at CIBC, you’ll collaborate with Technology and Business partners that enhance colleague and client experience and generate efficiencies for our Business partners. The automation team at CIBC consists of highly skilled group of experts who work closely with our Business and Technology partners to identify opportunities for automation and develop innovative solutions. As a Consultant within Process Engineering in the Intelligent Automation COE, you’ll use your experience and stakeholder management skills to improve the quality of key processes that make a difference for our clients. You’ll work closely with your team and assist in the gathering of requirements and delivery of a automations that will build the bank of the future.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 2-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How you'll succeed
Requirements Gathering – Perform ongoing process reviews to gather requirements for automation delivery. Stay on top of best practices and industry knowledge to identify automation opportunities that will create a best-in-class client experience.Critical Thinking – Ask questions to ensure all scenarios are covered and the process is understood. Provide feedback and advice on projects that will ensure speed and quality of delivery of automations.Leadership skills – Use your expertise to lead delivery of automation projects and initiatives. Proactively gather data, information, and stakeholder feedback to provide informed guidance to your team.
