Job DescriptionTo log and process fleet maintenance (e.g. All asset classes) quality authorisations, by diagnosing technical reports submitted by customers, dealers and franchise centres. To engage with customers and merchants by negotiating and making sound recommendations regarding repair work methods and providing the various options available.

Qualified Automotive Motor Mechanic (Red Seal)

3-4 years
Experience at a franchise dealership or reputable retail workshop facility as a service advisor where technical skills are required.
