Job Description

To ensure that customer service requests, complaints and queries, received are acknowledged, understood and efficiently resolved within specified timelines or escalated to the appropriate area (e.g., Commercial/ Public Sector/ Agribusiness/ Africa China Banking clients).

Experience Required
Relationship Banking (Client Coverage)
Business & Commercial Banking
3-4 years
Experience in customer service/ RMA / call centre environment with exposure to transactional processing and Commercial products.
