Job DescriptionTo take demand from walk-in customers for any card and cash related matters (e.g. teller, ATM, Moneygram, etc.) whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a manner that consistently delivers what matters to the customer within the parameters of the bank's financial offerings.
QualificationsMatricNational Certicate in Banking (NQF5 FAIS-aligned qualification)Required Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Personal and Private BankingDemonstrable branch banking experience is essentialComprehensive understanding of the bank's established policies and procedures related to teller operations and frontline supportProficiency in managing bulk cash and ATM operationsIn-depth knowledge of legal aspects pertaining to cash handlingThorough familiarity with the functions of various departments within the branch structureKey Competencies:
