Responsibilities + Lead and manage programs with a focus on achieving project goals and objectives. + Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones. + Generate comprehensive reports to track project progress and performance. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders, team members, and clients. + Oversee construction-related projects and ensure adherence to industry standards. + Apply knowledge of the construction industry to project planning and execution. + Perform critical path analysis to identify and address potential project delays. + Utilize diplomatic skills to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve conflicts. + Manage projects related to the installation and maintenance of electric vehicle chargers. + Create and manage master schedules for multiple projects. + Utilize Smartsheet for project management and collaboration. + Apply knowledge of the utilities industry to project planning and execution. Essential Skills + 6+ years of experience in program management. + 6+ years of experience in scheduling. + 4-6 years of experience in construction. + 4-6 years of experience in master scheduling. + Strong leadership and organizational skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Proficiency in project management tools and software. + Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Smartsheet. + Knowledge of the construction industry. + Knowledge of the utilities industry. Work Environment This is a remote role working with Construction Management teams and project management offices. The role involves using various project management tools and software to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
