The Construction Technology Manager will serve as Landmark’s internal product owner for Procore and related construction technology systems. This position will lead the expansion of the Procore platform throughout the enterprise, driving adoption of standardized processes and technology. This position will play a pivotal role in Landmark’s drive for digital transformation, leveraging technology to lead the industry.

Responsibilities:
Champion, actively support, develop, and expand usage of the Procore platform and related construction technology systems throughout the enterprise. Partner with Project Controls, Project Management, Construction Operations, Safety, and Information Systems teams to collaboratively develop unique solutions to fit the current and future state of the organization. Be a change-agent, driving for continuous improvement. Provide guidance, recommend solutions, and implement new systems and processes following the direction set by senior leadership. Discover, propose, define, and deliver the way forward. Serve as Knowledge Expert on Procore and related construction technology systems and processes and develop standard procedures for use. Mentor, teach, train, and lead team members regarding best use of technology and hold others accountable for compliance with processes and procedures. Engage vendors to advocate for new features / improvements and monitor the construction technology marketplace / landscape for systems which may benefit the organization.Requirements:
A strong understanding of construction project management processes and best practices with emphasis on project controls and standardization. 5 to 10 years progressive experience in Construction Operations, Project Management, or Project Controls. Must have field experience. 5+ years' experience implementing and supporting Procore or similar construction management systems. Ability to think outside-of-the-box and bring unique solutions to complex problems. Ability to discover the true objective and deliver the most efficient and effective method of achieving the goal using appropriate technology. Experience gathering business requirements, analyzing options, developing a plan for delivery, and partnering with team members to develop and deploy. Excellent communication and teaching skills. Expert level knowledge of the Procore platform (Project Management, Project Financials, Safety suites). Power user knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and SharePoint. Power user knowledge of relational data concepts and SQL (SELECT, JOIN, UPDATE, INSERT) is preferred. Knowledge of Sage 300 CRE, AnterraBI, HH2 is preferred.
