What is the project/contract we're sourcing for? project: a new Hyperscale Data Centre Location: Belgium (Walloon region) Current phase: construction Contract: freelance or employee Duration: Min 1 year (with the possibility of extension)
Who are we looking for? In possession of a EU work permit/passport (NO sponsorship available by client). Min 5 years as of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Construction Manager or similar role. (experience in Data Center is a great asset) English language fluency (French is a plus) Ability to lead and managing team and subcontractors effectively. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes. Committed to HSE rules, commercial success, and project planning.
What will you do? Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on site personnel. Respect HSE regulation in all phases. Train and manage employees for safe and efficient work. Assist in project handover to the client. Establish buildable and cost-effective solutions. Focusing on construction activities on-site.
