What You'll Be Doing

Supervise construction site employeesOversee proper implementation of safety proceduresAssist with the planning and scheduling of work to meet project needsManage and optimize the operations at the site to include planning, personnel, equipment, quality, costs and maintenanceCommunicate and coordinate with Construction Manager to ensure work load is scheduled and performed to meet the needs of the projectPerforms other related job duties as assigned.

What Are We Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalency and prior relevant job experience Valid/Clean Drivers License is requiredWorking knowledge of regulations and regulations and regulatory agencies, such as OSHA, EPA, and zoning lawUnderstanding of the capability and proper utilization of machinery and equipment used in heavy/highway constructionWillingness to work Monday-Friday Daytime and Night hours depending on project needs
