Essential SkillsProficiency in Procore software.Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, specifically 480V power systems, closed-loop chillers, and rooftop units.Knowledge of medical gas systems and proper certification processes.Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel).Experience in managing construction projects within hospitals, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and outpatient facilities.OSHA 30 certification.Experience working on projects involving the building and installation of radiology equipment (MRI, scanners, CT scans, etc.).Experience with construction in dentist and doctors' offices.Work Environment
The candidate will be working on existing construction sites, specifically hospital construction projects in the finishing stages. Typical work hours start at 7 AM and end around 3:30 PM, depending on the project, with a 40-hour work week. The environment is very family-oriented and laid back, with a business casual attire dress code. The company has a full backlog for the year 2025, a laid-back work environment, high-end clients within the medical community, and potential for bonuses down the line.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $57.69 - $60.09/hr.
