My client is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. They are a full-service construction management firm that offers superior turnkey construction solutions for its clients across the nation. They have experienced tremendous success within the multi-family construction industry and growth since their inception. This position is an immediate need and looking for someone to work on a 60+ unit project in New Jersey!

Job Description:

Will be attending meetings with client & contractorDirect day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor forceReview and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimateReview and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with Project ManagerDevelop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with Project Manager and Clients and ContractorsConduct quality & safety inspectionsCoordinate site testing and inspection effortManage schedules, including preparation of look ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled datesPrepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily ReportsParticipate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman’s meetingsReview and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor
