Responsibilities: + Supporting the operational management of a branch office         + Development and implementation of the construction quality control program + Assisting with business development activities, including estimating and proposal preparation + Effective client maintenance + Project management    + Enforcement of company operating procedures and policies + Subconsultant management Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields + At least 6 years of progressive experience in construction industry, including knowledge of and experience with materials testing & inspections + Demonstrated experience leading teams to meet organizational and departmental goals + Experience with geotechnical services preferred + Highly organized, ethical, and self-motived individual with strong problem-solving ability + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Local candidates with knowledge of Mid-Atlantic business and industry practices preferred + Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Benefits: + 401(k) + Paid time-off + Paid holidays + Medical insurance + Dental insurance + Vision insurance + AD&D insurance + Career development + Certification assistance Job Type: Full-time, in-person At this time, Stevenson Consulting will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
