Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Spokane, Washington - Hybrid / Partial remote work
Salary: $100k-$130k + Vehicle + bonus + Benefits + 401k Match, etc. 
Requirements: 7+ Years' Experience as Construction PM on projects related to healthcare or life sciences ($20M-$75M projects) 
 

This is a full time/ permanent position with a 200-person general contractor with a wide range of ground-up projects across Healthcare, Education, Commercial, etc. We are well established with consistent work and a backlog of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to understand the scope of work.Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.Analyze project requirements and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets.Conduct site visits to gather information and verify existing conditions.

7+ years of experience managing ground-up construction projectsProjects related to healthcareProjects exceeding $20MProficiency in project management software
