Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in telecom construction to join our team in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management or supervisory role. This position requires extensive travel to various non-union sites, managing P&L, and fostering strong relationships with trades.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.
Boots on Ground Telecom Construction: Actively manage and participate in on-site telecom construction activities.
Trades Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with trades to ensure project success.
Project Management: Lead and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.
Bid Review: Evaluate and review bids to ensure they meet project requirements and budget constraints.
Client Meetings: Regularly meet with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Travel: Travel to various project sites (95% travel required) to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, with a focus on telecom projects.
Management: 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in non-union environments.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites.

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
